RUFF is comprised of local citizens, corporate partners, business owners, city representatives and tree professionals. The foundation was founded in 1995.
We provide education, tree planting and stewardship. RUFF's mission is to establish and promote tree programs to foster the importance of the urban forest by:

The urban forest is more than just trees, it's about people, their community and their environment.
Planting for tomorrow...today.
The Roseville Shade Tree Program is a community service sponsored by the Roseville Urban Forest Foundation(RUFF) and Roseville Electric. Free trees and materials are provided to residential and business customers of Roseville Electric. Community members take responsibility for planting and caring for their trees.
